Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to learn here. This page describes what is in place today and what is still limited. We have not had an independent audit and do not claim WCAG certification.

What is available

  • Captions and an on-screen transcript for Maya's lessons and coaching; the text is the full lesson.
  • Typing in place of speaking everywhere a microphone can be used.
  • Keyboard access to classroom controls, quizzes, dialogs and menus, with visible focus outlines.
  • Optional device voice narration that is off by default, with replay and stop.
  • A text version of Maya's homepage welcome.
  • Navy, emerald and champagne colors chosen for readable contrast.
  • Reduced-motion support when your device asks for it.

Known limitations

  • The live LemonSlice avatar is a third-party video window; we cannot guarantee its captions or keyboard behavior.
  • Virtual Showing hotspots on the photo are approximate; the matching feature list below the photo gives the same information.
  • Browser speech input depends on your browser and may not work everywhere.
  • The welcome video is not produced yet.
