Help & FAQs
What is saved automatically?
Completed checkpoints are saved automatically: finished lesson stages, passed section checks, module mastery check attempts and scores, and pop quiz results. Your notes are saved when you press save and the save succeeds.
What is NOT saved?
Unfinished answers you are typing, unsent messages to Maya, workbench document placements, Virtual Showing conversations and inspection selections are not saved. If you try to leave with unfinished work, the app warns you and offers to copy it so you can keep it yourself.
Can I pause?
Yes. The Pause control stops the lesson. Pausing, leaving the tab idle or disconnecting does not earn time credit. Your completed checkpoints stay recorded, and you can continue from the course outline.
Why is a module locked?
Modules open in order. A module opens only after the previous module's sections are finished and its mastery check is passed with at least 80%. That 80% is a practice goal set by the academy, not an official state passing score.
Is Maya a live person?
No. Maya is an AI instructor. When the live LemonSlice avatar is connected you can talk with her; otherwise you see her picture and an on-screen transcript. The live avatar does not follow the lesson script word for word and does not remember past sessions. The on-screen text is the authoritative lesson.
Do hints or "teach this again" count toward progress?
No. Help is recorded separately and never counts as mastery or credit. Only server-scored answers move you forward. Hints and AI help are never available during a final exam.
Who is the buyer in the Virtual Showing?
Jordan is a simulated buyer powered by AI, limited to the fictional listing's facts. The property, address and documents are fictional practice materials. The conversation is not graded or saved.
Can I use my microphone?
Only if your browser supports it and you turn it on yourself. You can always type instead.
Will I get a certificate?
Course completion records are available in your Documents area once you finish a course.
